「盲人用」 "For The Blind"

This is a button to let the music go off when the traffic light is green. If you press this button, you will hear the tune of "Comin' though the Rye" telling the blind people that the light is green now. I'm thinking about asking someone blind if the position (location) of these buttons is standarized: because I think, otherwise, it will be hard for them to locate where it is in case there are no one nearby. By the way, the Braille on top of the box reads: "BUTTON TO PUSH." There is no lie about it, but...
