Chuo Line Elevated
The elevation of JR East's Chuo Line goes further to the west, and now the down line platform here at Musashisakai Station has been elevated, too: the overnight operation took place swiftly between the stations of Mitaka and Kokubunji from the evening of June 30 to the morning of July 1. The up line platform will remain on the same ground level until the full elevation is completed in 2010. Looking up the elevated platform (along with that of Seibu Tamagawa Line), I remembered the good old days when it was a small pastoral station.
